For all initial and follow up consultations, a fee is payable in full on the day.
Payments options include Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, cash, cheques and Money Orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept direct debit payments.
A valid referral is required in order to claim a benefit from Medicare and it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they obtain one prior to their appointment. Our staff are more than happy to advise if a new referral is required when making ongoing appointments.
Our friendly staff will forward claims electronically to Medicare on your behalf in order for you to receive a partial rebate from Medicare. Please note you will not receive a refund from Medicare if you do not hold an Australian Medicare Card.
Private Health Insurance does not cover consultations.
An estimate of fees can be advised to you at the time of booking the appointment and our staff can assist with informing you of any Medicare Rebates available.
This practice does not Bulk Bill.
We accept the following concession cards for discounted rates:
- Pension Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- DVA Concession Card
- Please note we do not accept Commonwealth Seniors Health Card.
DVA Gold Card Holders will have not out of pocket expenses.
DVA White Card holders will be covered for initial consultation, however, approval is required from DVA for any further treatment.
