Providing high quality patient care is a hallmark of our service here at Adelaide Surgicentre, which is why in September 2017 we welcomed Carolyn King to join the practice as our Quality Manager. Carolyn brings with her 10 years of experience working nationally in the health service accreditation sector after working as a Registered Nurse in both public and private hospitals in Adelaide. Carolyn supports Adelaide Surgicentre in maintaining our accreditation against the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and ensures our quality system is used to continually improve our service delivery through internally auditing our processes, reviewing patient feedback and coordinating staff training in conjunction with the Nurse Manager. Our quality system is integral in supporting our staff to deliver timely, appropriate and tailored care which is underpinned by a robust clinical governance framework.
